Remote Learning at St. Mary School
A Day in the Life of Remote Learning at St. Mary School
• St. Mary School teachers and staff have been actively communicating with our students during Remote Learning. All of our teachers, including our special teachers and school counselor, are using Zoom meetings, You Tube, Google Classroom, Schoology, and a variety of creative tools to keep our students actively learning and engaged each day. Our principal is in constant communication with our teachers and parents.
• We are updating our school Facebook page with photos of our students remote learning, informational videos from our school counselor, and information about upcoming virtual Masses and Stations of the Cross at Our Lady of Peace Parish.
• We are also providing inspirational faith messages, prayers and songs to our school and parish community through a variety of communications—social media, website and emails.
• Our teachers are working very hard to continue educating our students in academics and in faith. As we navigate through these unprecedented times, St. Mary School continues to be committed to Preparing our Students for Tomorrow’s World as we carry out our mission and motto of Learning and Living in Christ.
Coronavirus Prayer given to us by the Diocese of Camden:
Lord Jesus, you heal the sick. We pray that the coronavirus that has affected so many in our world can be contained, controlled, and cured. We lift up to your mercy all those affected, all those working hard to study and cure this illness, and all health care professionals and emergency management teams that are working day and night to keep us safe. Help us, Lord, to trust in your merciful care. Lord Jesus, hear our prayer. Amen.

Magnificat of Mary
My soul magnifies the lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my savior, for he has looked with favor on the lowliness of his servant. Surely, from now on all generations will call me blessed for the Mighty one has done great things for me and holy is his name His mercy is for those who fear him from generation to generation. He has shown strength with his arm; he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts. He has brought down the powerful from their thrones, and lifted up the lowly; He has filled the hungry with good things, and sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, According to the promise he made to our ancestors, to Abraham and to his descendants forever.
