Registration

St. Mary Preschool registration is currently taking place for students entering 3 year old and 4 year old preschool for the 2023-2024 school year.  If you would like to apply or would like more information about the waiting list, please call Jackie Kern in the Advancement Office at 856-629-6190 Ext. 234 or by email at advancementoffice@smarys.org

Required documents needed include: Baptismal and Birth Certificates, latest immunization records, $110 (Non-Refundable) Registration Fee and information for FACTS Tuition.

P1 (4 year olds) must be 4 on or before September 30th
P2 (3 year olds) must be 3 on or before September 30th 

3 year old program ONLY. We are adding an additional option to our current schedule. We are now offering a 2-day (half day or full-day program) on  Monday and Wednesday in addition to our current Tuesday and Thursday program.

Options for 3-year old program ONLY will now be:

2 half days (Monday/Wednesday)

2 half days (Tuesday/Thursday)

3 half days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

5 half days (Monday through Friday)

2 full days (Monday/Wednesday)

2 full days (Tuesday/Thursday)

3 full days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)

5 full days (Monday through Friday)

ALL NEW ADMISSIONS TO PRESCHOOL WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A FACTS TUITION FORM. TUITION IS DIVIDED OVER 10 MONTHS (JULY THROUGH APRIL) AND IS AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM AN ACCOUNT OF YOUR CHOICE (SAVINGS OR CHECKING) ON EITHER THE 5th or 17th OF THE MONTH. AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A VOIDED CHECK OR A SAVINGS ACCOUNT NUMBER DEPENDING ON WHAT ACCOUNT YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR TUITION DEDUCTED FROM AS WELL AS YOUR CHOICE OF DATE OF WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS EACH MONTH.

 vaccine – Series of three – Initial dose, 2nd dose
no later than 12 months after the first dose, 3rd dose no
later than 12 months after the first dose
Influenza – 1 dose annually
Pneumococcal – 2 doses between the ages of 2-11 months,
1 dose after first birthday
