Required documents needed include: Baptismal and Birth Certificates, latest immunization records, and FACTS Tuition information
ALL NEW ADMISSIONS TO PRESCHOOL WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A FACTS TUITION FORM. TUITION IS DIVIDED OVER 10 MONTHS (JULY THROUGH APRIL) AND IS AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM AN ACCOUNT OF YOUR CHOICE (SAVINGS OR CHECKING) ON EITHER THE 5th or 17th OF THE MONTH. AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A VOIDED CHECK OR A SAVINGS ACCOUNT NUMBER DEPENDING ON WHAT ACCOUNT YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR TUITION DEDUCTED FROM AS WELL AS YOUR CHOICE OF DATE OF WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS EACH MONTH.
